Dolce Vita Chocolate Crème Brûlée Recipe
Ingredients
- 13 egg yolks
- 8 cups heavy cream
- 2 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Dolce Vita hot chocolate
- 1 Cup Dolce Vita espresso
Directions
- Whisk egg yolks, sugar, Dolce Vita hot chocolate, until it is thick.
- Bring cream to a boil and turn off the heat. Add chocolate, sugar, and espresso.
- Strain the egg solution through a fine sieve to remove air bubbles into the mixing bowl.
- Temper egg solution with hot cream.
- Ladle into ramekins and place in a hot water bath and cover with aluminum foil, place a small hole at the corner to release steam.
- Bake at 350 for 30-45min and refrigerate for 1 hour to let set.
