Dolce Vita Chocolate Crème Brûlée Recipe

Ingredients
  • 13 egg yolks
  • 8 cups heavy cream
  • 2 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Dolce Vita hot chocolate
  • 1 Cup Dolce Vita espresso
Directions
  1. Whisk egg yolks, sugar, Dolce Vita hot chocolate, until it is thick.
  2. Bring cream to a boil and turn off the heat. Add chocolate, sugar, and espresso.
  3. Strain the egg solution through a fine sieve to remove air bubbles into the mixing bowl.
  4. Temper egg solution with hot cream.
  5. Ladle into ramekins and place in a hot water bath and cover with aluminum foil, place a small hole at the corner to release steam.
  6. Bake at 350 for 30-45min and refrigerate for 1 hour to let set.
