Dolce Vita Dry Rub Recipe
Ingredients
- 2cup Dolce Vita medium ground coffee
- 2 ½ cups brown sugar
- ¼ cup onion powder
- 2 tablespoon Ole Bay
- ½ cup garlic powder
- 2 tablespoon ground mustard
- 2 tablespoon turmeric
- 4 tablespoon salt
- 4 tablespoon chili powder
- 4 tablespoon Spanish paprika
- 4 tablespoon butt rub
- 4 tablespoon black pepper
- 4 tablespoon Cumin
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients, steady stream of cream, and whisking continuously.
