Dolce Vita Lava Cake Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups unsweetened chocolate
- 2 cups unsalted butter soften
- 7 eggs
- 1 bag Dolce Vita Hot Chocolate Mix
- 1 cup espresso chocolate
- 2 bags chocolate chips
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 2 cups cake flour
- 2 cups sugar
Directions
- Using a wire whisk on the kitchen aid mixer. Cream sugar, corn syrup, butter, and eggs until pale yellow.
- Add Dolce Vita Hot Chocolate mix and espresso chocolate.
- Add cake flour and chocolate chips
- Grease a large muffin pan, ladle 1/3 cup portions into the pan. Bake at 350 for 30min. Bake at 350 for 30-45 min.
