- Typically, we don’t offer a return, but we do offer a replacement within 15 days in case there is a broken or damaged product
- We don’t offer a replacement unless we have full proof that it is broken by our manufacture or delivery

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. So if you have received damaged or faulty products, please contact us with images of the product within 15 days after you received the product. If the product is truly damaged from the delivery or the processing, then we will gladly send you a replacement without hesitation.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Most orders get delivered within the posted time frames for shopping. However, external factors such as the current pandemic or inspections can sometimes cause delays. Contact us, or fill out the replacement form and we might be able to get your package to you faster or offer you a replacement
We do not accept a replacement if the product is fully functional. Our guarantee only covers damaged products and items lost in delivery. Your satisfaction is our top priority, but this policy is what we have to enforce in order to offer a fast shipping time.
Transaction & Approval
Once your form is submitted, we will notify you whether you are qualified for a replacement within 1-2 business days. We will then send you a replacement.
